First of all I want to appreciate everyone that has inspired and encouraged me one way or another I really love you and a big thank you. The most interesting set of persons I've come across and worked with are teens and I really do love everything about them though their rebellion isn't funny but its interesting. I love teenagers like I really do love them, I love being around them really and yes I know they maybe be awkward and stereotypic but this is also interesting. I love being a teen teacher hmmm and I really use to be one, love hanging out with them and oh my God I love to hear them talk because its really amazing trust me.    We all adults have gone through the teen stage.    Years back as a kid I came across this very interesting commercial for the Vicks blue medicated methanol lozenges. The man used in this commercial was funny though but after all said and down he gave the lozenges a nick name "Papa Blue" and up until now people still refer to the lozenges as Papa Blue even though some don't really know how the name came about. That's how life works.   Bringing this commercial down to our very lives, Do people have our names on their lips? What I mean is this- Have we been able to make impact on others? You may or maybe not agree with me that some persons live the I don't care kind of life but the truth is it doesn't help. We ought to learn living our lives with the mindset of impacting others positively so when we are no more or even now our footprint will be left in the sand of time.     One of the issues we face as individuals is not appreciating who we really are. We want to be like others which often make us stereotypic with our decisions. Being relevant or making yourself relevant is appreciating who we are, its making yourself significant, noticeable and notable in all ramifications. Being relevant is discovering the power to take over your life in spite of your circumstances; its overcoming fear, self pity and low self esteem.    Often times people look down on us but that shouldn't affect the way we live our lives. It is also facts, skills and ideas that have been learned either formally or informally.   Success is something which happens as a consequence(positive); the out come or result. It's the achievement of one's aim or goal.      From the above definitions, Education is something that is imparted or learned whereas success is achieved.      You can be educated without being successful like wise being successful without being educated formally. In the very words of Bishop David Oyedpo " Do not let your certificate deceive you there is something inside of you the world is looking for". That's why we see those graduating with first class becoming failures(not all) because they depend wholly on their certificate. Do not take education to be success(full success). It's the season of love, it's valentine again.     I kept pondering on the issues that has posed a problem in previous Vals I.e not loving and appreciating ourselves.
