BE YOUR OWN KIND OF BEAUTIFUL

Looking at my self in the mirror I told myself girl you're beautiful. Stepping out doing my thing and he said I want to tell you some stuff and guess what my ears where already up because I kinda love stories funny right? Going closer anticipating the story for the day and he whisper into my ears YOU LOOK BEAUTIFUL and I felt so fly.

In life we should learn how to appreciate ourselves first and others will follow suit. Tell your self how gracious you are and others will tell you same. Being your own kind of beautiful is appreciating who you are. Trust me no one is ugly. Beauty is one thing that resides within you, it shines forth from inside of you to those around you. Beauty is more than the physical looks, the figure eight shape, a good looking face or what have you. Beauty is your kind of person, the way you relate with others, your attitude etc.
In spite of what any one tell you appreciate your self daily. Be your self don't copy others, be your kind of beautiful- in your way, your fashion and in your style. Don't give yourself headache by trying to be a cheap photocopy of someone else.
It's a lie to think that you're not beautiful, to think you're not worth anything. Keep appreciating your self.
Don't be a cheap photocopy of someone else, Be your own kind of beautiful.

PAPA BLUE

Years back as a kid I came across this very interesting commercial for the Vicks blue medicated methanol lozenges. The man used in this commercial was funny though but after all said and down he gave the lozenges a nick name "Papa Blue" and up until now people still refer to the lozenges as Papa Blue even though some don't really know how the name came about. That's how life works.   Bringing this commercial down to our very lives, Do people have our names on their lips? What I mean is this- Have we been able to make impact on others? You may or maybe not agree with me that some persons live the I don't care kind of life but the truth is it doesn't help. We ought to learn living our lives with the mindset of impacting others positively so when we are no more or even now our footprint will be left in the sand of time. We are here to make impact to even the generation yet unborn not just to occupy space. In the words of Warren Buffet "Someone is sitting...

AND HER LOOKS I STOLE

An heroine she was An epitome of beauty Her skin as fair as the lilies Her eyes glows like the sun Her hair was black and beautiful It was her in my father's heart The first one he ever loved It was her in our hearts And her looks I stole A woman of strength A picture of virtue and fame She soils her hands in seasons Making the family one My first best friend Her pride I was Her firstborn child And her looks I stole Get me something was our last Mummy mummy I called But there wasn't one to answer I was furious at her Where could she have gone I thought Why isn't she here She travelled I was told I didn't know she was gone It was her in our Heart A vacuum has been created We were told to put it behind Years has passed Our heroine, Our strength And her looks I stole.
