Education is the process or art of imparting knowledge, skills and judgement. It is also facts, skills and ideas that have been learned either formally or informally.
Success is something which happens as a consequence(positive); the out come or result. It's the achievement of one's aim or goal.

You can be educated without being successful like wise being successful without being educated formally. In the very words of Bishop David Oyedpo " Do not let your certificate deceive you there is something inside of you the world is looking for". That's why we see those graduating with first class becoming failures(not all) because they depend wholly on their certificate. Do not take education to be success(full success). Education is the first step to success in a number of cases although not all.
In recent times, education is becoming more mandatory rather than being optional. Education is to enable us interact properly with others against all odds; its to impart us with facts, skills, ideas and the lots, to make us to be able to address certain issues in our society. Conducting an interview with students or educated gurus- nine out of ten wants to go to school because they need a very lucrative job after school but should that be the case? We get educated to give us a hedge over certain things, to improve our communication skills etc not getting a lucrative job somewhere. Education is just a basis for good living (not in all situations though) when we face reality (life after school). It shouldn't be our major source of success. Education can be converted to success; Trust me I can hear you say how?

Nowadays, we strive to be successful, we want to be noticed, to be akwnoledged One way or another. Yes but let me give you a shocker; not until you're tired of where you are you ain't going further. To be successful you need to set goals, you need to dream, a good and firm foundation is needed. Just like in the words of Sidney Greenberg " A successful man is one who can lay a firm foundation with the bricks others throw at him" and Anatole France " To accomplish great things we must not only act but also dream, not only plan, but also believe". To be success dreams, plans and action aren't enough; you need to be energetic, optimistic, demanding, impulsive and charismatic. You need to be deliberate in character and accountability is needed.
The ability to bridge the gap between education and success makes you even more reliable and successful. Albert Einstein puts it "imagination is greater than knowledge". Making success is superior to education but in all education is necessary but strive to be successful.
